In our century surfing has become a way of life, with its own subculture, rules, heroes and lingo. A key concept is 'stoked'. If you're stoked, you're fired up, perhaps because you've seen an ace board or the waves on your local shores, or just because you feel at one with nature. And once you have ridden an ocean breaker, sometimes a thousand kilometres in the coming, on its final metres to the shore, you are hooked, hungry for more. Riding the waves - whether standing, kneeling or lying - is pure pleasure.

RIGHT TO SURF PHILOSOPHY
Right to Surf is a non-profit initiative aiming to share our stoke and to make surfing accesible for ALL people. The mission is to make the lives of people affected by poverty more enjoyable. We believe that people will have a happier live through surfing and happiness will have a positive effect on a community as a whole. Right to Surf will not focus on the poorest regions of the world alone. Sharing our stoke by making old surfgear usefull again can happen everywhere! Also in our own backyard!
Right to Surf gives your old surfgear a new live by collecting and distributing it. Therefore Right to Surf needs you to have a look in your storage, quiver or shed to see if there is anything you could donate. We are looking for boards, wetsuits, lycra's, booties, shorts, wax, ding repairkits, leashes, etc. If donations can't be re-used they can be re-cycled!
